This is a 4-week session program from January 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th.
Lil Yogis is offering a yoga program for children 0-5 and their caregivers. It offers yoga & mindfulness with improving physical, mental, and emotional health.
Yoga is a fun way to get young children to be active in different ways and explore the range of movement. This program will help them with proprioceptive awareness, balance, coordination, and focus!
