Navigating Parenting: Neurodiverse is a program focusing on the challenges and joys of parenting neurodivergent children/youth. Children with neurological differences may include, but are not limited to those with: Learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, ADD, Dyslexia.
Mondays March 10-April 14, 1:30-3:00pm
Your child does not need a formal diagnosis for you to participate in this group.
There will be guided weekly discussions on topics such as working through managing behaviours, parenting fears, connecting with your child, emotional regulation and co-regulation, mental health and wellness, and creating support networks.
